100% live arrival guarantee

I will guarantee that my animals are healthy and will arive alive. Someone must be home on the day of arrival and the temperature has to be 40F-85F together we will agree on a suitable date to ship and temperatures have to be suitable to ship on both sides.


I will be using Reptiles 2 you to ship my animals and they use Fedex to deliver any purchased animals to your door or at a hub if the customer wants it held at a hub please make sure any Fedex facilities near you will accept live animals some will not accept live animals to be held at their facility so just double check.

The days ill ship are mon-wed and all orders are priority overnight. Orders will go as follows Monday for Tuesday arrival or Tuesday for Wednesday arrival or Wednesday for Thursday arrival. Will not ship Thursday or Friday to make sure no animal is stuck in a facility over the weekend.

animal safety will always come first and i will hold an animal at no extra cost if temperatures are not safe or i dont feel comfortable with shipping due to natural disasters or any other problems that might arise

At the moment i will only ship in the USA i am working on trying to ship to different places outside of the US.

Payments will all be done using paypal its the safest and easiest way to use credit/debit cards.

Payment plans will be available for animals $100 and over. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required for all animals all. animals on a payment plan will have 60 days to pay off the animal.

If you choose to do a payment plan and you know you wont be able to pay the animal off in the allowed time please just let me know and we can work something out im a reasonable person. If you chose a payment plan and dont pay the animal in the allowed time i will give 7 days To contact me if you fail to do so any money put towards the animal is forfeited THERE ARE NO REFUNDS unless animal is DOA then i will give a refund but remember the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

If animal is DOA Customer must contact me right away do not get rid of the animal take pictures and send to me after animal is verified to be DOA i will give you a refund for any payment made except deposits. If i have another animal of equal value i will offer said animal to Customer if they wish to accept it is up to them and only if i have another animal of equal value .

When animals reach final destination and there is no one there to receive the animal or is not picked up at the hub the 100% live arrival is void and there will not be a refund if the animals dies please make sure someone is there to receive the animal or pick up the animal


I will not give refunds for dropped tails or discounts for dropped tails. I work with my animals every day so them dropping their tails shouldn't be a problem. But they will drop their tails for absolutely no reason.
