Store Policy
All hatchlings must successfully eat a minimum of 2 meals while in our care before being shipped to ensure minimal problems feeding when they arrive at their new homes. If this is still stated in individual hatchling ads, they have still not had 2 successful feedings with us. We are still accepting inquiries and deposits on this animals and will ship upon successful feedings.
Payment must be received in full before any animal is shipped. Deposits are accepted to hold an animal over $350 including shipping estimate- deposits are 25% of that cost and are non-refundable.
Animals will only be shipped in appropriate weather conditions, dependent on location and time of year, and will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery can be made upon request.
We guarantee live arrival of any animal you purchase. For this guarantee to be valid, you must have signed for the animal on the first delivery attempt or picked up your animal at the FedEx hub within 2 hours of it being available for pickup. If you feel there is an issue with the animal upon arrival, please contact us via private message or email within 1 hour of pickup/delivery with pictures and description of the issue.
