Store Policy

By making a payment you agree to the following policy.


SHIPPING:
Shipping is actual shipping cost in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery, on orders over $1000 shipping is included in the price. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.

AS DESCRIBED

Buyer must verify animal(s) is/are as described within 24 hours and contact us with any issue within this time. After 24 hours all sales are final.



DEPOSITS

Mid West Constriction will accept a 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLANS

Mid West Constriction will do payment plans usually on orders totaling $300.00 or more (although you can always ask about specific snake)
To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 25% of the total price due as a nonrefundable (in case of customer's plan changes) down payment. After receiving 25% down payment, we mark the animal(s) as sold and you make nonrefundable (in case of customer's plan changes) payments until it is paid in full. We do not require any set amount of money to be paid on a monthly basis. You pay as you can according to our personalized agreement, until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. The payment plan duration is adjustable as every situation is unique. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan. We will gladly extend you credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
