Store Policy
Payments will be sent from Southern Aquatics which is the parent company to TaylorMade Geckos. An invoice will be sent and the animal/s must be paid for in full before being shipped out. If using PayPal, an additional 2.9% will be added to the transaction amount.
Payment plans for animals over $500:
-25% non refundable down payment. Once the down payment is paid, the animal will be marked On Hold
-Once the animal is paid in full, a ship date will be determined

Shipping will be through FedEx with overnight delivery. Shipping will take place either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Someone must be able to sign for delivery upon requested ship/delivery date.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive as long as:
-Animals were signed for upon first delivery attempt
-I am contacted within 30 minutes of arrival of DOA with photo/video evidence
- Address is correct
If I am not contacted within 30 minutes of delivery I cannot be responsible for any damages that may happen.
Shipping is stressful on any animal and while rare, geckos can drop their tail. This is something I cannot control and cannot be responsible for.
I reserve the right to hold any animal due to inadequate shipping weather.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
