A lifetime of keeping, studying and breeding snakes has resulted in a carefully curated collection of outstanding and hard-to-find animals. I provide some of the best customer service in the industry and stand behind every one of my animals. Angolan, Ball, Diamond, Sumatran, Savu and Rough-Scaled Pythons. Annulated Boas. Rhino Ratsnakes and Baron's Racers. My experience keeping a wide variety of snakes has been an asset in helping others.
Store Policy
PAYMENT
Default payment is through PayPal and required in full at time of sale. Alternative payment options including cash, direct deposit, Venmo, etc may be available at Buyer's request and only with Seller's permission. Buyer is responsible for all fees incurred to the Seller through online payment portals (ie; Paypal 3% fee.)
SHIPPING
Shipping is performed through Reptiles Express. Animals are shipped per suggested guidelines for shipping live reptiles, contained in an appropriate container (plastic cup or cloth bag) in an insulated, cardboard box with a hot or cool pack as the weather dictates. A tracking number will be provided. Live arrival of a healthy animal is guaranteed. If anything other than a healthy animal arrives, it is Buyer's responsibility to notify Seller within 4 hours of receiving the animal.
COVID-19
FedEx is no longer offering money back guarantees which means TB Snakes and Terry Burwell must also follow suit. Therefore, no reimbursement will be made for a delay or interruption in shipping.
SEXING
All animals-unless otherwise stated-will be sexed before the time of purchase. All sex determination is done in good faith and to the best of my ability. Buyer has 30 days to confirm or challenge the sex of the animal(s) they receive in order to receive a replacement or refund, after which Buyer forfeits the right to replacement or refund based on a mis-diagnosed sex.
