Please send zip code for any shipping quote request. We will respond to any and all inquiries as promptly as we can, in the order we received them. Holds on animals will not be done without a minimum 50% nonrefundable deposit on the price of the animal. The full price must be paid before the shipping date is determined. Payments can be done by Paypal or called into our store. Taxes (6% Michigan sales tax) will be added to any online sale. Shipping will be done with FedEx Priority Overnight, with ship dates available MON, TUES or WED. We guarantee live arrival with the following conditions. Buyer needs to contact us within one hour upon arrival to accept the condition of animal(s). Any issue with the animal(s) must be reported with pictures and video within 24 hours of receiving the package. If buyer is returning animal, an updated picture of the animal(s) in packaging must be sent prior to shipping. Animal(s) must be shipped back properly (dependent on season/weather). If said steps are not followed, the health guarantee is voided. Health Guarantee excludes any taxes and shipping costs. Know local laws and regulations for animals you are inquiring about. We do not accept responsibility for animals ordered in violation of local laws.
