About
Hello! My name is David Deem and I founded Temporalis Enterprises in 2020. The focus of my company is to provide my customers with the best, highquality Kingsnakes, Milksnakes, and other Colubrid species on the market. My primary focus is Milksnakes but we also work with a variety of Kingsnakes, Cornsnakes, Asian Ratsnakes, and Rear Fanged Colubrids.
I have been involved in the reptile hobby for nearly two decades from the time I was a small child catching Garter Snakes in my yard. I have worked for some of the most well respected and foundational figureheads in the hobby, was a co-owner of Ever Evolving Exotics, a truly revolutionary pet shop in Tucson, Arizona, as well as smaller projects along the way educating the public on snakes and working with new reptile businesses to create business plans, breeding programs, and more.
I am a die-hard herper and generally spend much of my “free time” in the field or traveling with friends across the United States in search of Milksnakes and other species. I’ve found numerous county records and range extensions, assisted Universities with studies, and worked as a consultant for Game and Fish agencies.
The goal of this business is to provide the hobbyist and the business person alike with animals that are represented honestly, with a detailed history and well documented background. All of the animals I sell are animals I would buy myself and would put my name and reputation behind
Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE
-Health-
*All animals sold are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted
*Animals are guaranteed 48 hours after arrival. It is imperative that any issues are communicated in writing as soon as you notice them.
-Snakes and the law-
*I will not under any circumstances knowingly sell animals to you that are illegal to possess in your state. Know your local laws and be prepared to purchase and apply for necessary permits as required by your state.
-Shipping-
*Live arrival is guaranteed providing there are no delays or gross mishandling of packages by FedEx. All shipments are done via Redline Shipping. Additional insurance is available for all shipments at a rate of $2.50 per $100, this must be requested before shipping.
*I STRONGLY recommend having animals shipped to your nearest FedEx hub.
*Animals delivered to residences or business are only guaranteed if they are signed for and received immediately. Any issues with a shipment must be reported within one hour of delivery.
*Any concerns about animal health must be addressed within 24 hours of delivery.
*Shipping is only done between 35F and 85F at my location, the hub, and your location. Shipments will not be pushed through if the weather is outside these parameters. No exceptions
*For a shipping quote I will need your zip code and however many animals you would like to purchase to I can approximate box size and weight
-Payment-
*Payment is accepted via PayPal (Friends and Family), Venmo (Friends and Family), Zelle, and Square
*I will accept cash, check, or money order, but am unwilling to fill orders or hold animals using this method until the checks clear my account.
*Animals will not be shipped until full payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL
-Payment Plans-
*Payment plans are available at my discretion. I am more than happy to work with anyone who is interested in purchasing an animal. Please let me know how much you would be willing to put down as a deposit and when you would pay the animal(s) off.
*ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
-Trades
*I will consider trades for locality specific Lampropeltis species and other colubrids. It doesn't hurt to ask, there's a lot of stuff I'm looking for!
-Genetics and Lineage-
*All animals sold are produced by me unless otherwise noted. Animals produced by me are guaranteed to represent the locality or genetics I am selling them as
-Photos-
*High quality photographs of each individual animal will be provided on Morph Market. Additional photos will generally not be available outside of unusual circumstances. I take photos of all animals I offer for sale with a high quality DSLR camera and lighting to represent the animals actual appearance.

Wholesale Policy
*Wholesale listings are only available for approved sellers with paid memberships, followers of my page, and previous customers who have purchased through Morph Market.
*My “wholesale” listings are designed to be more of a discount system for followers, fellow breeders, and return customers.
*Due to the nature of the animals that I sell, there will rarely be the opportunity to buy large groups of snakes to resell, but I will post groups, pairs, trios, etc.
*All other terms of service found on my store page apply
