Store Policy
HEALTH & HUSBANDRY
All snakes are eating frozen thawed prey including rodents and avians, free from mites and in good health. Snakes are housed in PVC enclosures or large tubs with access to multiple hide boxes and various clutter for security, coco bedding, perches and other objects to interact with, most utilize humid hides as well. If the buyer houses their snake in inadequate enclosures that don't allow access to features the snake utilizes, it's health may suffer as a result. It's especially stressful for snakes to be forced to live without hiding places or a lack of proper heat and humidity. Optimum functioning of metabolic processes such as digestion, growth, healing, reproduction and immune system are reliant on them achieving their preferred body temperature. I can't offer any guarantees of health if the buyer's husbandry practices are too restrictive or poorly managed. I may refuse a sale if I feel that it would have a negative impact on the well-being of the snake. I highly recommend reading and following the husbandry advice by REPTIFILES.com.
PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS
Buyers must be at least 19 years of age, by purchasing from me you agree that you are 19 or older. Price listed is for the snake only (unless ad says otherwise) to be paid through Interac E-Transfer or Credit Card. Orders must be fully paid for before the snake can leave my possession. 90 day payment plans available with a 25% non-refundable deposit. If the order is not paid off before the deadline is reached or the order is cancelled by the buyer for any reason, the snake will remain here and the buyer will receive a refund of what they paid minus the deposit. In the unfortunate event that the snake dies, develops illness or cannot be delivered at all due to an error on my part, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price including the deposit to the buyer. No compensation will be offered if the snake dies during delivery as a result of the buyers actions; for example giving me an incorrect address, not answering the door when the courier arrives for home delivery or failing to pick the snake up from a FedEx Ship Centre within 4 hours of the snake's arrival. I'll always do what I can to prevent issues from happening during shipping, however I do need buyers to work together with me to ensure your new snake arrives safe and sound.
As a general rule, the price you see is the price you pay especially if we have not done business before. Deals may be available to buyers I've had great transactions with previously.
CANADA DELIVERY OR PICKUP
Canada-wide shipping through Reptile Express is available to locations they service during safe weather conditions, shipping will be unavailable during extreme cold or hot temperatures. See REPTILEEXPRESS.com for more information about their services and where they deliver. The insulated box will usually be safely held at your nearest FedEx Ship Centre for pickup, door delivery may be used in other situations. Shipping fees are waived if the buyer is able to travel to me and pick the snake up in person.
Apologies but all my ads are for Canadian buyers only unless the ad says otherwise - no shipping to US or any other country due to the very high costs involved ($600+ USD extra). Inquiries from buyers outside Canada regarding sales will be declined.
