Store Policy
Please make sure to read my Terms of Service below before you purchase my geckos. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Terms of service:
You must be at least 18 years old or I will need to speak with your parents for permission to purchase a gecko.
Purchasing Information
A Non-Refundable deposit of 25% towards the purchase price of the animal is required to hold the animal for 15 days. It must be paid in full within 15 days.
If you have already paid for an animal and then decided you don't want it, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. I will NOT hold an animal without a deposit.
Payment Information
I accept cash, PayPal, and Square. Payments must clear before the animal will be shipped. Payment plans are an option for large purchases over $500. The animals will not be shipped until paid in full.
Shipping Information
Shipping is only available in the continental United States.
Shipping is done through FedEx via Reptiles2You.com and costs $50-$65 for up to 2 geckos. Shipping for more geckos will need to be calculated. Provide a zip code and I can get you an accurate quote.
The geckos are shipped in a styrofoam insulated box with cold/heat/Phase 22 Cryo packs if needed. It is packed according to Reptiles2You's criteria.
It will generally arrive the following morning by 10:30am unless you are further away from the hub, then it will be by 4pm.
I only ship Monday-Wednesday in case of a hold up at the shipping facility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Live Arrival Guarantee
I will do a live arrival guarantee on packages delivered the first attempt, however you must be available to receive and sign for the gecko on that first attempt. Afterwards all guarantee is null and void, and I won't ship unless you verify that you will be available on that first attempt. If it is DOA then I need pictures and proof of husbandry within an hour of the delivery of the gecko to prove it. It is preferable if you take an unboxing video that way I can take it up with FedEx if there is a problem. I take video and pictures as I package them to assure that it leaves my house alive and healthy and snug in their cups. They are well fed prior to shipment, but will be stopped a couple of days before shipping in efforts to keep their containers as clean as can be during the shipping process. Sometimes things can happen in transit that are out of our control. Dropped tails can happen if they get spooked. This is unfortunate, however the guarantee does not cover that. Terraria Geckos is NOT responsible for FedEx Shipping related issues. For example, a truck breaks down.
I will not ship until the gecko is at least 20-25 grams and the temperature is below 89° f in the summer or above 40° f in the winter in all locations. That includes my city, your city, and the hub in between. I will hold your gecko (with payment) for as long as is needed to make sure it can safely arrive to you.
If you live in Central Florida, arrangements can be made to meet within a reasonable distance. I can also take payment and deliver your gecko at a local ReptiCon that I might be attending/vending in these areas.
Buyer Information
I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. I do background checks on various websites online and keep a list accordingly of some bad buyers and sellers out there. Unfortunately this is a hobby that has had some bad apples that have ruined some barrels. But as long as we treat each other with respect, I foresee no problems.
