Store Policy
We take Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, as well as debt/credit cards. We use FedEx overnight shipping and have a live arrival guarentee. If the animal is DOA (dead on arrival), the customer should immediately take a picture and send it to us via email or text message for their full money back.
You can Place a deposit down on any animal. At this point the animal will be held for 10 days or until the rest of the payment is received. If the 10 days passes, the initial deposit is non refundable but can be used on another animal in the store.
