We are a women run business that grows and loves each animal as if it’s our very own. Every dragon that was hatched into our hands is handled with care from the very start. Store Policy
By purchasing an animal with us you are acknowledging that you are over the age of 18. You are also stating you have the proper husbandry and equipment to care for said animal. We provide a 14 day health guarantee as long as we feel the animal in your care has been kept to our husbandry and handling standards, deemed at our discretion. We are not responsible for any vet bills. Any type of delivery mishap must be notified within 30 min of arrival. We always recommend offering water almost immediately after you unbox any hatchling with us. One of the highest fatalities of hatchlings is dehydration.
We have the right to refuse the purchase to any individual, for any reason. We do not accept returns due to transmission of parasites. Sex of the animal is not guaranteed, but we do our best with accuracy. Terms and Conditions are subject to change as we deem necessary. All sales are final. We will ship with FEDEX and prefer to ship Mon-Wed. WE WILL NEVER SHIP ON A FRIDAY, or in weather conditions considered hazardous for live animals. We cannot guarantee an ON TIME arrival, but you can arrange purchase of insurance through a FEDEX HUB PICKUP ONLY in some cases (if interested, must arrange BEFORE PURCHASE). You will be contacted after purchase to solidify a good shipping date.
