Store Policy

The Crestie Ohana is located in The Netherlands.

When a gecko is marked as "unsexed or possible male/possible female", this is nog a guarantee of their sex. I only guarantee when the gecko is marked specifically as "male" or "female".

I can allow people to collect their purchase at a mutual agreed time.
When the collection in person is not possible , I prefer the reptile courrier: Dutch Dragon Import.
Alternatively the purchase can be taken to the reptile show in Houten(Netherlands) or Hamm (Germany), this is free of charge if I planned to go.
International shipping can be arranged via Hamm using Dutch Dragon Import.

If you are under 18 aged, I need parental permission for the purchase. And I always reserve the right to refuse sale.

No gecko can be claimed or reserved, until the payment or deposit has been received by me.
And if you send the payment, it is assumed that you read and agreed these terms!

Please make sure you are for 100% sure you can keep and pay fully for the gecko. Before purchasing a gecko as i have the right to keep a 25% non-refundable deposit if you change your mind on a sale after making payment.

A payment plan will only be considered when I said I am okay with that. Always with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The full payment must be received before shipping and within 30 days (unless other arrangements have been made) or the deposit will be forfeited and we will relist the animal for sale.

If you purchased by me and suddenly don't react anymore without warning: I will attempt to contact you for 2 weeks. If I have not heard from you by the end of the two week period the animal will be re-listed for sale and any payments you have made will stay by us as compensation due to us holding the animal back from other potential sales. It is important that you let us know if you will not be available for two weeks.

I offer a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee if the following criteria is met: You should contact me as soon as you have received your gecko. Just to let me know it has arrived safely.
Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by my guarantee and i will not take responsibility for this, as that is out of our control. In the unlikely event that an animal is dead we will require photographic evidence within one hour of arrival. Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days you must contact me so that I can help you identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee. I can ask you some things about your husbandry, please do not feel bad about this. Just to check the things up.

If all of the above criteria is met and you qualify under our health guarantee we will replace the animal with a comparable animal from our available stock if one is available or I will give you credit toward a future purchase.
I will not give cash refunds.

Conditions that result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or feeder insects that were too large, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating. Will NOT be covered by our guarantee.

International orders are not guaranteed, due the shipping process which is fully out of our influence.

After the purchase is done, you may use the photo's of The Crestie Ohana. As long as you give photo credits and not modify them.
