I'm a breeder that only advertises healthy animals guaranteed. I care about the animals health first. NO animal leaves my care without eating 4-5 f/t meals and I’m comfortable it will be safe to ship/pickup. I want to make sure everyone will be happy with their new animal(s). I take a lot of pride an work hard at my craft!! Thank you for stopping at my store.

❗️Please if you’re interested in an animal I have listed, hit the blue Inquire to buy box for the fastest response. Don’t use social media dm’s, I don’t always have time to look at them.
❗️❗️❗️ DUE TO THE NEWS REPORTING FEDEX DRIVERS DUMPING BOXES ON SIDE OF ROADS WE NO LONGER SHIP TO RESIDENCES ONLY HUBS. SORRY OF ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE❗️❗️❗️
🛑 ALL ANIMALS LISTED ARE AVAILABLE
🔹 Live Arrival Guarantee:
▪️All animals that leave here are healthy, well established, disease and parasite free guaranteed.
▪️If any animal is DOA we must be notified within 1 hour from package drop off time/signature as stated by FedEx.
▪️If recipient fails to collect package(s) on FedEx’s first delivery attempt or pick up animal within 4 hours of arriving at FedEx hub then live arrival guarantee will become void.
▪️If there is a DOA customer must contact us and we will credit that purchase towards another purchase.
▪️All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed, and recessive genetics labeled, incomplete dominant are not guaranteed due to complexity of the morphs today.
▪️If by chance a mistake has been made please notify us immediately so we can resolve the mistake.
🔹 Payment:
▪️All payments are final! If you are displeased with your purchase please notify us within 24hrs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
▪️If for some reason we can’t accommodate you and you request a refund, 25% of total balance will be withheld, plus Paypal will no longer refund the processing fee of 2.9%.
▪️In the event of a refund understand that 2.9% extra is the policy of Paypal not ours.
▪️Payment plans are available for some orders. ▪️All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable down payment.
▪️The length of the payment plan depends on purchase price.
▪️Plan must be paid in full by end of agreement no exceptions.
▪️We have the right to refuse sale to anyone we don’t feel comfortable selling too.
▪️All balances need to be paid in full and we have to agree on a shipping and receiving date in order for shipping to occur.
▪️Please don’t assume your animal is coming because I won’t ship unless I know you’re aware when your animal is arriving.
▪️There is a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold a specific animal(s) for purchase.
▪️I spend a lot of time editing pictures so extra pictures would require a deposit.
♦️ ALL ANIMALS ARE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS MADE.
▪️This means email, text, calls do not count.
▪️We accept PayPal, most credit cards and Apple Pay through Quickbooks as method of payment.
♦️All payments must clear before shipping will occur.
🔹Shipping:
▪️Shipping is through Reptile Express. Due to increased fuel prices my shipping rates have changed.
▪️I charge different amounts depending on shipment size.
▪️I charge actual costs up to a flat rate of $65 on 7x7x7 boxes. (Ex. if it’s below $65 you pay that amount, if over $65 you pay $65). 9x9x9 up to $80; 11x11x7 & 12x9x6 boxes up to $90; 16x12x8 boxes up to $110; all larger boxes will determine the rates.
▪️Free shipping on all purchases over $1000.
▪️I don’t ship with night time temps below 34F or above 88F. NO EXCEPTIONS❗️ I don't care about the money I care that your animal(s) arrives safely.
▪️We need a 24 hour notice for all shipments.
▪️We only ship Monday - Wednesday of the week.
▪️Not close to or on major holidays.
▪️Also depending on holiday shipping volume it may not be safe to ship during those periods as well.
By inquiring to my MM add means you have fully read and agree to all the terms above. The Python Burrow LLC shall not be liable for any discrepancies, or disputes for anything explained above.
