Store Policy
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: If you see a snake that you would like to discuss or purchase, simply contact me via message on here, or call me at 414.573.7202. PHONE CALLS are the best way to reach me and take priority over online messages. You can reach me via phone from 8am - 9pm M - F, or from 9am - 9pm on the weekends. Once we have struck a deal and payment has been received, we will figure out the earliest possible shipping date. Tracking information will be provided once your animal(s) are shipped.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept payments through Paypal, cash, checks/cashier's checks, Postal money orders/money orders (checks must clear before shipping), and bank wire transfers.
SHIPPING: I ship Mondays through Wednesdays, weather-permitting. Most shipments cost a flat rate of $60 (unless otherwise noted) with Fed Ex Priority Overnight. During extreme cold or stormy conditions, I do sometimes have to postpone shipments to avoid the risk of weather related delays. The well-being of your new snake purchase is my top priority. I have over 20 years of experience shipping reptiles. I want them to arrive at their new homes alive and healthy! :)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I don't export myself. However, I would be happy to ship them to someone else that does who is shipping you other animals; call to discuss.
LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: I guarantee live delivery as long as I ship when I feel it is safe. I box everything up perfectly, and have not had a DOA in well over 20 years. To further protect your animal, I ship to your nearest FedEx Hub so that they do not sit in a hot (or freezing) truck all day while waiting to get to your house or business. Your package must be opened immediately at the FedEx Hub office; any issues must be shown to a FedEx agent, with photos taken and texted to me within an hour of receipt. DOAs MUST have photo proof . DOAs will be replaced with an equivalent animal at no charge. If there are no equivalent animals available, credit will be given towards the animal of your choice. The live delivery guarantee is VOID if you provide me with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information or phone number. NO REFUNDS ON CASH OR CREDIT CARDS.
DISCOUNTS: I'm wiling to offer a discount on pairs or groups. Please inquire, and we'll work something out to your satisfaction.
TRADES: I don't typically do trades on my animals, unless it is for something I want to incorporate into my breeding projects. Although the answer will very likely be "no", it never hurts to ask! :)
PAYMENT PLANS are available. For purchases under $500, I require a 40-50% deposit, and the balance paid in regular, agreed upon installments within 4 - 6 weeks. For purchases of $500 and up, I require at least a 25% deposit. The duration of the plan is based on the total purchase price, with 2 months being the absolute maximum. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
