Hello, my name is Collette and I've owned reptiles since 2009. I started out with ball pythons and shortly after fell in love with crested geckos. I've been breeding crested geckos since 2010, and have worked my way to the animals I own now. Most of my breeders are on my Instagram Page. I'm more than happy to answer any gecko related questions. Store Policy
•You must be 18 years or older with a valid ID to purchase.
•I have every right to decline a purchase. These are MY BABIES till they reach your home. I only care for them and their well-being. I will not put them in harms way no matter how badly and early you want them after purchase.
PAYMENTS:
•No animal is on hold until payment/deposit is made.
•I DO accept payment plans on a plan by plan basis. My longest plan is 45 days. I am not a babysitter, it is up to the buyer to remember their payment plan due date. To start a plan i require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Should your plan not be paid off within 48hrs of your due date, i will take that as you FORFEITING your deposit and your hold on the animal/s.
•I accepts payments via Zelle, Square, and Paypal
SHIPPING
•I ship through Fedex Via Reptiles2you. All animals are shipped priority overnight.
•Upon purchase i will require the following for the making of your shipping label. Name, HOME ADDRESS, Email, and current/working phone number. This information is to be able to contact you during the process of shipping, and also inform you of any delays with your animal/s.
•Shipping through the months of November-March is by shipping window availability only. I will only ship to your residence if Temps are between 50low-75high. I can ship to local hubs for pick up between 30low-85high. These are my personal stipulations and what I feel comfortable with. I will not debate and will promptly refund if there is any arguing about it.
LOCALS:
•I am more than happy to meet locally for anyone wishing to purchase! Currently i vend at the Janesville WI Show me Reptiles show. I am looking to broaden my horizons and will update when i do start vending more shows.
GUARANTEE:
•My animals are shipped with their best interest in mind. Depending on the temps there will be a heat pack/phase22/or both in a package.
•I have never had a DOA, yet should something happen you will be refunded or offered an animal of similar value to replace the deceased. In order for this to come to fruition you must contact me within an hour of arrival/pickup and show photo/video proof of the deceased.
