We accept Square, and cash for local pick ups/expo purchases.

Payment plans done on case by case basis.
Animals under $250 will not be sold under payment plans. Pricing ☆BEFORE☆ shipping dictates payment plan eligibility.
20% ☆NON-REFUNDABLE☆ deposits can be made to place an animal on hold. Animals bought under payment plans must be payed off in the allotted time, and are as follow...
$251-$500 - 30 days after initial deposit
$501-$1000 - 60 days after initial deposit
$1000+ - 90 days after initial deposit
All orders over $1000 will be eligible for free shipping. Shipping will only be done when temperatures in both the shippers and the recipient locations fall under safe numbers for the animal. 40°F - 90°F. Shipping will be done priority overnight via FedEx, shipped in a Reptiles2You insulated shipping kit.
If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until its paid off. If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer any payments, LESS YOUR 20% DEPOSIT, to another available animal(s). If the replacement animal is a higher price buyer will have to pay the difference.
We 100% guarantee animal sex, and genetics are determined to the best of our ability. With multi-gene combos it can be difficult to determine with 100% accuracy what is visually present in terms of dominant/co-dominants.
LIVE ARRIVAL-You must notify us immediately when the ball python has arrived with confirmation it is alive and in good healthy physical condition. Notification of live arrival must be received within 2 hours of delivery/pick up. Live arrival and health guarantee is VOIDED if confirmation is not received within 2 hours of delivery/pick up. We DO NOT guarantee live arrival/health for a ball python that is left by a door or that is not opened and inspected upon immediate delivery.
In the event of a DOA animal, we must be notified immediately with photo AND video evidence.
All animals leaving our facility will have had a minimum of 5 consistent meals in a row.
REFUNDS - absolutely no refunds will be given unless we cannot provide you with the animal chosen.
Morningstar Exotics reserves the right to deny sales to anyone. Absolutely no sales to anyone under the age of 18.
