NorTex Reptile is a supplier of an assortment of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. Without a true specialty, we work with various breeders and comb through wholesale/importers lists to cherry pick unique variety of healthy animals to bring to you!
Store Policy
We accept Cash (local purchasers/pickup) as well as most forms of e-payment. We ship FedEx priority overnight at the buyers expense.
DOA reports are due within 4 hours of receiving the package. Pictures of DOA animals must be submitted via email at [email protected]. We cannot be liable for errors made by carriers. Live arrival guarantee void if pickup is missed or temps are below 45/above 85 at any point in transit. With deposit, animals can be held until temps are adequate. We have a 7 day warranty on all live reptiles and amphibians unless otherwise specified, refunds will be issued after confirming the animal has passed, and that it was not due to husbandry error.
