My name is Devin and I'm just a dude trying to follow his dreams and make a name for himself. I fell in love with reptiles at a very young age. I've never known why I was so attracted to them, but I would assume it has something to do with the pet store that was next to my parents business. I got my first reptile at 8 and slowly got more as I got older. Then at about 12 I bred my bearded dragons for fun. After that experience I realized that this is what I wanted to do for a living. So after a few more years my collection started growing rapidly and our house was slowly turning into a zoo. I now work with and breed all kinds of exotic animals including reptiles, amphibians, invertabrates, and a few mammals. However, my main focus is on arboreal and semi arboreal snakes as well as just anything uncommon. I have always been drawn to the uncommon and hard to get animals, so I'm hoping I can get even more than I have and start working with them and making the hobby more diverse and making some of these species more common so others can experience them as well.

Store Policy

STORE POLICY
Buyer must be 18 or older, or have parent consent prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING
Shipping prices vary but minimum for Fedex Priority Overnight is usually $40 for in state and out of state usually cost $60 depending on size of animal and how many are ordered. For the safety of our animals, we do not ship below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees. If temperature is above 85 animals are shipped to pickup hubs only.
All animals will be shipped Monday - Wednesday.

PAYMENT METHODS
Can be found in the ad. Feel free to ask about other methods not listed as we may be willing to accept them.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals are picked up and taken inside promptly. In the very rare instance you receive a dead on arrival animal (DOA), it is your responsibility to contact us immediately, within 2 hours of arrival. You must provide us with photographic proof that the animal is dead, and we may request that you ship the body back so we can submit the animal for a necropsy. In the event of a DOA, if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund (excluding shipping) or store credit will be issued.

HOME/BUSINESS SHIPMENTS
A signature will be required when ordered to your home or business. LAG is voided on home/business shipments.

LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS
It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless agreed otherwise.

PROPERLY SEXED/GENETICS GUARANTEES
We guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been identified as incorrectly sexed within a week of purchase, we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed, a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund (excluding shipping) or store credit will be provided. All genetics are 100% guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT PLANS
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 25% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit. Time frames for payments to be paid off will be discussed.

Animals purchased this way will be shipped on the closest available day once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non refundable deposit and any money on the balance after the 25% will go towards credit on a future purchase. No cash refunds will be given.

SATISFACTION
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us ASAP to discuss how we can ensure your buying experience is a positive one. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals including popping and probing, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure these animals are in the best of care, but cannot be held liable for illness or death that is due to improper care/poor husbandry. All sales are final.

TRADES
Sometimes trades or partial trades will be considered. Do not hesitate to make a trade offer. The worst we can say is no or make a counter offer. In the event a trade is agreed upon, it is the buyers responsibility to ship the animals first. Upon their safe arrival and inspection that the animals are healthy and as described, we will then ship the animals that the buyer was trading for.

ORDER CANCELATION/RETURNS
For canceld orders a 25% fee will be charged and the remaining funds can be used towards a future purchase. All returned animals (if accepted) are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer pays return shipping.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
