Store Policy

HEALTH, SEX, & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed upon delivery. Snake must be picked up within 3 hours of being "ready for pickup" at the FedEx Ship Center. Seller must be notified of any issues with the snake (health, sex, defects, etc) within 24 hours of pickup. Any DOAs must be reported immediately (within 1 hour of pickup).

SHIPPING:
Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next day delivery to your local FedEx Ship Center hub to be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (an hour or less away) of the buyer. Shipping temperatures must be between 38F lows and 90F highs at the destination and layover city for at least 2 consecutive days to safely ship. This is to ensure the safety of the animal in the event of a carrier delay. Seller reserves the right to hold animals in her care until shipping temperatures/conditions are safe for the animal and to minimize risk of carrier delays.

PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are available on animals priced $250 or more and are as follows:
- $250 to $499 (50% deposit & 2 weeks to payoff)
- $500 to $1000 (25% deposit & 30 days to payoff)
- $1001 to $2000 ( 25% deposit & 60 days to payoff)
- $2001+ (25% deposit & 90 days to payoff)
Deposits are nonrefundable and not transferable. If customer defaults on their payment plan, their deposit is forfeited and any additional payments made thereafter can be applied as store credit only, good towards another animal, and will not be refunded. No animals will ever be held or reserved without a deposit.

BREEDER SUPPORT:
At Sacred Reptiles, my foremost objective is to ensure the complete satisfaction of my valued customers and the success of the animals they acquire from me. To uphold my commitment to customer satisfaction and animal success, I offer lifetime breeder support for all animals purchased. This entails providing the buyer with ongoing guidance and advice for whatever challenges may arise throughout the animal's lifetime.

GENETICS GUARANTEE:
Due to the increasing complexity of certain traits/ morphs, co dominant traits are not guaranteed. Co-dom traits are identified and listed to the best of my ability, taking into account the pairing and/or visual characteristics displayed. Buyer bears a responsibility to know and recognize traits they intend to purchase. All recessive traits (homozygous and heterozygous) are always 100% guaranteed.

Seller reserves the right to refuse sale to any one, at any time, for any reason, and to accept or reject any offer. All animals listed will be feeding well on live rats or mice at the time of sale. All sales are final. Buyer must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase.

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the above terms.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
