Store Policy
Shipped via FedEx reptile express(cost varies based on weight and location) plus a $5.95 packing / handling fee (this encompasses any necessary heat packs, cold packs, cloth bags, deli cups, styrofoam lined shipping box and any other necessary materials)
Store policy. We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed.
All of our live animal orders are shipped via FedEx Priority over night. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas such as rural loacation have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For the reptiles safety , temperatures must be between 30-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be available to sign or collect shipment at their nearest hub for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email and or text with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
