My love for reptiles is deeply rooted with the obsession of dinosaurs I had as a kid. Growing up I owned a variety of exotic animals including sugar gliders, bearded dragons, cockatoos and much more. Believe it or not crested geckos were the animals that intrigued me the most. I first saw a crested gecko in a Repticon back in 2006. I was fourteen at the time and as soon as I got home I started researching these fascinating animals. A couple months later I acquired my first crestie and the rest is history.
Now I have about 8 years of experience caring for these animals and I can easily say that they are the perfect pet! Fortunately, I have been able to create a small business with something I am very passionate about. At this point this is more than just a hobby for me, so I try to keep it as professional as possible. I can’t wait to see how much more we continue to redefine this specie and how many more people will learn to appreciate them.

100% Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and healthy. With that being said, we require that there is someone home at the time of arrival and that the temperature is within 40F-85F. We will mutually agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends.
Shipping is offered via Fedex or UPS as Priority Overnight, meaning that the package should arrive by 10:30 AM the following day. However, more remote areas may have a delay in arrival time. Shipping is preferred earlier in the week (Mon-Wed) to insure that a gecko will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend due to unusual circumstances.
At the moment, shipments can only be made to the 48 continental states. International shipments are not a current possibility.

The most secure way to make a payment with a credit/debit card is through PayPal. It is quick, easy and you’re not required to own a PayPal account. Another viable payment option is over the phone ordering.
Over the Phone
In case that a payment is being done over the phone, we accept Discover, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. All payment information provided to us is confidential, so rest assure.
Payment plan options are available on animals over $100. In order to place an animal on hold the customer must provide a 25% nonrefundable deposit. Animals under $150 must be fully paid within two weeks of the initial deposit. Animals over $150 must be fully paid within 30 days of the initial deposit. Once a specific animal has been placed on hold, the funds cannot be transferred to another animal/merchandise.

Live Animal Purchases Are Final
All live animal purchases are final. No refunds will be provided unless an animal is DOA and there is no item available of equal value for replacement. In case of a DOA, I must be contacted with photographic proof within 5 hours. A replacement or store credit will be provided. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
We offer a 7-day health guarantee because we are confident that your new pet is going to be 100% healthy upon arrival and for the days to come. The only reason why our health guarantee is not longer is because we have no way of monitoring any improper husbandry from inexperienced keepers. If there are any concerns with the animal, please do not hesitate in contacting me in order to avoid any potential problems. This health guarantee does not cover outside injuries such as tail loss, attacks by other animals, keeper mistakes, etc.
Every animal that is sold as male or female is 100% guaranteed to be sexed accordingly. Any animal that is sold as unsexed but labeled probable male or female is not guaranteed. This is our best effort to pore sex the animal but it is not always accurate. The bigger the animal, the more accurate the observation.
All orders must be shipped within two months unless otherwise agreed upon or if weather impedes any shipping. There are no additional costs for animals held due to shipping temperatures. Customers that have fully paid for a live animal and have completely lost contact for 3 weeks (without warning and with permitting shipping weather.) will be given 75% (we keep the 25% nonrefundable deposit) of the funds in store credit and the animal will be made available once again for others. We will do our best to contact the client prior to taking action.
