Health Guarantee:
My job is to provide you with a healthy critter delivered safely and on time (see times below), that is my Live Arrival Guarantee. However, NO other guarantee is implied or intended. Please don't hesitate with any questions on care, husbandry, etc. I am here before, during and far after the sale to ensure everyone is on track! In the rare case of a DOA, please notify me ASAP. DOA animals MUST be frozen until further notice, in case a photo is needed. Failure to do so will result in NO given refund. All refunds are issued via PayPal, unless otherwise stated.
Payment:
I accept Cash, PayPal (via Friends & Family), Venmo and Zelle.
There is a 5% Surcharge for ANY PAYMENT via PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
Shipping:
I only ship FedEx Priority Overnight ($40-$100+) that gets to you by 9:00am - 10:30am the following morning. I only ship Monday - Wednesday, I will not ship until we can agree on a date that you are home to receive the critter. I will provide you with tracking information as soon as possible. I DO NOT ship if temps are under 20°F or over 95°F.
