I specialize in ball python morphs with an emphasis on the black pastel gene and combo's involving this gene.
Store Policy
I guarantee live arrival (see shipment requirements detailed below) and that the snake will be 100% healthy in every way. Every snake will be a true representation of what it was advertised as (ie. genetics, weight within 15%, sex, age, health, etc.). If for some reason the snake does NOT prove out to be as advertised I will offer a full refund or credit (buyers choice) towards another purchase NOT to exceed the purchase price of the snake in question (after safe return of the snake to me).
I am a Fed Ex certified shipper and I guarantee the animal will be shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
All animals will be shipped FedEx priority overnight using ShipYourReptiles,com (SYR). Due to recent issues/delays by FedEx my live arrival guarantee requires hold-for-pick up at the local FedEx Ship Center (must be picked up by customer on the day of arrival). This greatly reduces the risk of mishaps occurring during shipping. Currently only shipping on Tuesdays or Wednesday to reduce the risk of delays during shipment.
If the customer insists on door to door delivery, then they must assume the risk and waive their live-arrival guarantee. I do require someone to be available to receive the snake from the FedEx delivery person upon 1st attempted delivery if shipping to a residence (or any other location other than the approved local FedEx Ship Center).
In the case an animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival) the customer must notify me within 1 hour of receipt from FedEx (timestamp from FedEx delivery notification at the residence and/or timestamp from customer pickup at the FedEx facility).
I guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
*If I ship a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the buyer, I am responsible for providing a full refund of the cost of the animal (after safe return of the animal) as well as return shipping costs.
- Claim Period is 3 days and Return Period is 1 week weather permitting (In accordance with the current SYR recommendations).
I guarantee that the animal delivered will be at least 85% of the advertised weight and length.
*If the animal received is less than 85%, as proven by the buyer, I am responsible for full refund of the cost of the animal (after safe return of the animal) as well as return shipping costs.
- Claim Period for weight discrepancy is 8 hours after the receipt of the animal and Return Period is 1 week weather permitting (In accordance with the current SYR recommendations).
I guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
*If I ship the wrong animal as proven by the buyer, I am responsible for full refund of the cost of the animal (after safe return of the animal) as well as any shipping costs if I cannot send out the original animal.
- Claim Period is 8 hours after the receipt of the animal and Return Period is 1 week weather permitting (In accordance with the current SYR recommendations).
If for any other reason (not listed above) you are unhappy with the snake you must notify me within 48 hours post receipt for a full refund. The buyer would be responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements in this situation.
- Claim Period is 48 hours after the receipt of the animal and Return Period is 1 week weather permitting (In accordance with the current SYR recommendations).
For any international purchasing/shipping (outside of the USA) I request all payments to be made by bank wire transfers only. I request the buyer to set up all the shipping details as well as pay all shipping costs via international shipping brokers. Morph Market auctions are excluded from international sales.
I use brokers to perform these shipments and guarantee live arrival to broker export location in the US ONLY. Once the animal is out of my hands I have no control and once the animal arrives safely at the shipping brokers facility that is when my responsibility for the animal in question ends. That being said, all brokers used are very experienced and trusted within the ball python industry.
Any mishaps beyond delivery to the US broker export location is NOT my responsibility.
I currently accept Bank Wire Transfers, Checks, Money Orders, Venmo, PayPal, Square and Zelle for payments. I typically offer payment plans of 2 months with 20% down (non-refundable) for orders over $500 on a case by case basis.
Payment plans for Morph Market auction animals are not to exceed 1 month in length from the end date of the auction.
Once an animal is placed on a payment plan the money contributed towards said animal cannot be transferred to another animal at any time during the payment plan.
Animals cannot be held without payment (first to pay gets the animal). I get many inquiries from people that "want" a snake that I never hear back from when it comes time to send payment so I have to follow the first to pay gets the snake policy.
