Store Policy
SEX:
Tom Baker Reptiles guarantees the sex of the animals being delivered. Claim period is 48 hours, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
GENETICS:
Due to the complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always 100% guaranteed.
HEALTH GUARANTEE & SHIPPING:
All of our animals are shipped via FedEx. Tom Baker Reptiles guarantees live arrival and takes full responsibility for delivering animals safely to the customer, we guarantee all animals are shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Tom Baker Reptiles live arrival guarantee requires hold-for-pick up at the customers closest FedEx customer center. This is the safest method of shipment since it avoids the delivery truck where most delivery mishaps occur. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and should pick up the animal promptly after it arrives at the customer center and becomes available for pick-up. Customer is responsible for animal injury or loss if customer fails to obtain the animal within 6 hours of FedEx customer center delivery. A photo ID is required at the time of pick-up.
Please open shipping boxes and inspect animals immediately upon receipt. If you have any concerns regarding your animal, you must notify us within 1 hour of the receipt of your shipment.
*If the customer insists on door-to-door delivery, then they must assume risk and waive their live-arrival guarantee.
-Animals are shipped by FedEx Monday through Wednesday only.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis on animals over $500. Payment plans will require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit and the balance paid within 60-90 days. Please inquire about a payment plan for the animal you wish to purchase. Balance must be paid in full before we will ship the animal.
