Live arrival guaranteed: when shipping in weather between 32 and 92 degrees.
Any issues with the animal must be brought to our attention within 1hr of receiving the animal. A failed attempt at delivery by the shipping company voids live arrival guarantee or if an animal that is held for pick up at a shipping facility not picked up within 2 hours of "ready for pickup" notification live arrival guarantee is void unless discussed prior to shipping.
All snakes that are listed as HET are 100% guaranteed to carry said gene(s)
