Store Policy
We guarantee live delivery when held for pickup at your nearest available FedEx Ship Center. If there are any issues with the animal upon delivery, we must be notified immediately. If a replacement is warranted, we will either ship a similar animal from our stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receiving your animal.
We accept cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo No animal will leave my facility unless paid in full.
We will hold an animal pending payment for 24 hours. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold it longer than 24 hours.
We allow payment plans. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 30 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. During this time, we will continue to feed and care for the boa. If full payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to put the snake back up for sale. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. We will not be responsible for contacting with reminders.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ANIMAL DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
We ship via FedEx Overnight for next day delivery by 10:30am to most areas. The days we ship out on are Monday through Thursday. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health & well-being of our animals are our highest priority. As shipping rates vary to different areas, please contact us for quote.
