Store Policy
All buyers must agree to our terms of service before making a purchase. We reserve the right to decline any sale if we do not feel the animal will be properly cared for. By purchasing any animal from Top Branch Reptiles you are agreeing to the following:
Shipping:
Shipping of all live animals is done via Fedex Express overnight hub-hub only. We do not ship to houses! If the weather is not acceptable on both ends shipping will be delayed until it is safe for the animal. Unless stated otherwise the cost of shipping is not included in the price of the animal. Shipping is only available within the United States.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee the animal will arrive at your Fedex hub alive and in good health. If for some reason there is an issue you must contact us within 2 hours of pickup! If the animal has been at the hub for more then 2 hours after they have opened there is no guarantee. We may require photographs before any refunds or replacements are sent out.
Health Guarantee:
All animals come with a 7 day health guarantee, If your setup has been approved before shipping you can get up to a 30 day health guarantee. Husbandry advice is always available via text or through email for any animals we offer.All imported animals will have been treated for internal and external parasites unless stated otherwise. Dates of internal treatments with medication used and amounts is available by request for all Imported animals we sell. All of the animals feeding records as well as sheds are available as well. All snakes sold will be feeding on frozen/thawed mice or rats. We do not recommend feeding live prey items.
Accepted payments:
At this time we are only accepting paypal/cash for local pickup and paypal only for all shipments. We do not use facebook pay or cash app ect. Payment Plans are not available. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold any animal for up to 30 days. If the animal has not been paid in full after 30 days then the deposit has been forfeited.
Refunds/Returns:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any live animal due to the stress caused from shipping. If the animal passes away in transit or within the health guarantee then we will issue a refund (photographic proof will.be required) Please be sure the animal you are ordering is indeed what you want!
Animal Sex:
If the animal is listed as male or female then it has been probed. We do our best to accurately advertise all of the animals but probing is not always 100% accurate. Animals deemed too small to safely sexxed will be marked as unsexxed. Refunds are not issued if the animal ends up being incorrectly sex.
Laws:
Please research your local laws and ordinances pertaining to the species of snake you are trying to purchase. You are responsible for knowing the laws in your area! We will not knowingly ship any snake to an area where they are restricted.
