We are a small scale producer of quality captive bred geckos from a variety of species. Our major focus is the common geckos of New Caledonia. We strive to produce only the highest quality animals.
Here at FireHouse Geckos LLC, our goal is to produce healthy animals that not only survive but thrive. Being a small hobbyist and breeder allows us to pay extra attention to each and every animal we own and produce.
Store Policy
Please read our terms of service and sale thoroughly before purchasing.
To place an order we require payment through Zelle or PayPal Friends and Family. If payment can not be made via Zelle or PayPal Friends and Family a 3% fee will be added onto the purchase price.
AUCTIONS
All Winning Bids will be Paid In Full within 24 hours.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping in the United States only at this time, however if you have an importer you work with for your region, shipping can be arranged with said party. In the event we ship animals to an exporter to be shipped outside of the United States we are not liable for any issues that take place during export process( i.e DOA, Tail drops, injuries, lost shipments, etc.) and importer assumes full liability.
Orders are shipped only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Animals will only be shipped when weather permits on the shipping and receiving end.
Purchasers will not be charged extra if we have to hold an order until weather is suitable.
We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our animals.
FireHouse Geckos LLC is not responsible for DOA occurrences due to shipping delays and assumes no legal liability as a result of issues internally with FedEx as situations do occur.
Any and all claims will be handled on a individual to individual bases.
Purchaser must be present on predetermined delivery date to receive live shipment at address that was given for shipping.
Purchaser Must confirm live arrival through a message to me within 30 minutes of arrival.
If Purchaser cannot comply to be present on predetermined delivery date or confirm arrival within 30 minutes of delivery a refund will not be issued.
When the delivery has been received by purchaser it is their responsibility to provide proper set up, temperatures, food and humidity. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to educate yourself on the full needs of your pet!
If the animal should pass before arrival we will require immediate photographic evidence of deceased animal and unboxing video.
Once evidence is provided of deceased arrival we will decide whether a refund will be issued. If we decide a store credit is to be issued we will cover shipping on said order.
Monetary refunds will not be issued. No exceptions.
FireHouse Geckos LLC is not responsible for delays or issues that come about due to the carrier or the weather !!!
Shipping is FREE unless the gecko is on Sale or Won in an Auction...In that case Shipping is a Flat Rate of $75
SEXING
All babies will be marked as unsexed unless I do not see visible pores and the gecko is over 20 grams then it will be marked probable female.
PAYMENT PLAN
Geckos (Except the ones on Sale or in an Auction) can be placed on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit via
(Zelle or PayPal Friends and Family) as long as the gecko is $500 and up with the remaining balance due within 30 days. Once I have received the deposit I will create an invoice and place the gecko on “hold” and once final payment is received the gecko will be marked as “sold”.
(Only the Deposit will be Paid via Zelle
or PayPal Friends and Family)
Once a payment plan is established and initial deposit is received buyer is obligated to complete the payment plan agreement. Failure to complete the agreed upon payment plan will result in forfeiture of the animal and deposit paid towards said animal.
Buyer agrees to maintain regular communication during a payment plan. Ghosting and lack of responsible communication will not be tolerated.
GECKO TAILS
Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails.
FireHouse Geckos LLC does not guarantee color / pattern development as we cannot accurately predict how geckos will develop into adulthood as they can change drastically in some cases.
LIFETIME CARE POLICY
If for whatever reason you can no longer care for a reptile you have purchased from us, we will at any time of the animal’s life, be willing to accept the animal back into our care. There will be no refund issued, however in some cases we may be willing to pay for all or part of the return shipping if necessary. The animal will then be placed in a suitable new home, or will remain with us. It is our promise to every animal we produce that it will forever have a place to return to and be cared for properly.
Buyer must fully read and agree to our Terms of service prior to being placed on a payment plan.
FireHouse Geckos LLC reserves the right to refuse sale of a gecko at any given time.
By making a purchase with FireHouse Geckos LLC buyer accepts our terms and conditions outlined above.
