Store Policy
I, TK Exotix, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. You must be 18 years old or over to purchase any live animal. If I feel you are not, I will require a copy of your photo ID or driver’s license. **All prices are for animal(s) only **
PAYMENT/ PAYMENT PLANS
I accept PayPal (Friends and family only), Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment plans are available, under the seller’s terms and are to be paid IN FULL on or before the agreed upon time. I(the seller), will require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Late payments will result in losing deposit, and animal(s) will no longer be reserved. If you fail to communicate, you will be issued a refund not to include your 25% deposit.
KNOWLEDGE/RESEARCH
Buyer must show competency, and knowledge for animal(s) they are inquiring on. Buyer must have SOME knowledge about the species of animal(s) they are inquiring about, and its care/husbandry needs. If you fail to provide even a small amount of knowledge on the animal(s), you will be asked to go do some more research, and I will refuse sale. When inquiring, be prepared to send proof of your setup.
SHIPPING
Animal(s) will be shipped once payment is received IN FULL, we have agreed on a shipping/receiving day, and the weather is safe. I will only ship once my temps are above 40, hub temps are above 40, and destination temps are above 40. No exceptions! I will ship at my own discretion. All shipments will be held at the nearest FedEx Ship Center, and the buyer must pickup at their local FedEx hub. In the rare event the buyer lives too far from a hub, all shipping and live arrival guarantees are void, and buyer will be recommended to purchase the additional shipping insurance.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
To guarantee live arrival, the animal(s) must be picked up from the local FedEx hub by 10:30am local time of said animal. If for any reason there is a problem with the animal(s), the seller must be contact within 24 hours of receiving the animal (time stamp on tracking). There is additional insurance the buyer can purchase incase of a DOA (dead on arrival). Pictures of animal(s) are required within the first 30 minutes of receiving animal(s) on DOAs.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
Animal(s) are guaranteed to be exact animal(s) agreed upon, sexed properly, feeding on their own, and in good health. Any issues or complaints MUST be brought to my attention within the first 24 HOURS after receiving the animal(s). I am always available to my customers after the sale to answer any questions regarding the animal(s) and their care.
RETURN POLICY
Absolutely for no reason, will I accept ANY returns. The buyer is required to understand the responsibility about taking on a living animal. My collection is very closed off and closely monitored/tested. Therefore I have a 0 tolerance return policy. What I will do, is I will help the buyer rehome the animal if it cannot be cared for anymore.
