Hello! We are Travis and Dani Warren, a husband and wife team specializing in various morphs of ball pythons, reticulated pythons, and crested geckos…with a little bit of jungle carpets and rainbow boas in the mix as well. We have been in the breeding business since around 2013.
Store Policy
BY PURCHASING FROM WARREN REPTILES YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.
PAYMENT
- We currently accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Square. Cash is also accepted for local pickups.
PAYMENT PLANS
- NO PAYMENT PLANS ON AUCTIONED ANIMALS
- 30 day payment plans are offered if the animal you are purchasing is $400 or more. If the animal is over $1000 the plan can be extended if need be. There will be no discounts given to those wanting a payment plan. After full payment is received shipping arrangements will be made. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you are unable to complete your purchase and we are notified prior to the payment deadline the animal will be re-listed and credit will be given towards a future purchase. If you fall off the earth and we don’t hear from you after the 30 days (or however long your plan is) no credit is given and you will be blocked from any future purchases. It is not our job to remind you of payments or due dates. That is your responsibility.
SHIPPING
- We ship FedEx Priority Overnight via Redline Shipping Monday-Wednesday for Tuesday-Thursday arrival. No animals will be shipped Thursday or Friday in order to avoid potential delays and your animal being stuck in a box over the weekend.
- Temperatures need to be between 30F-90F (at our location, hub location, and your location) in order for us to safely ship your animal. If temperatures are not within this range at the time of purchase we will hold your animal until temperatures are safe.
- CRESTED GECKOS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO A FEDEX SHIP CENTER FOR PICKUP. We will ship to your home only if your nearest ship center is more than 30 min away. We ask that you notify us within 1 hour of pickup or 30 min of delivery to let us know that your animal has made it safely. Failure to do so will void any DOA (death on arrival) as packages sitting outside your house in the heat/cold can comprise the animals health. We have never had an animal arrive DOA but if that should ever happen we would need photo evidence within the allotted time-frame, and a full refund would then be given or a replacement/credit towards another animal.
- Delays can happen which is out of our control. We ask that you DO NOT contact FedEx if a delay occurs. Any delay issues and shipping refunds are handled by Redline Shipping. Usually a delayed animal will arrive later in the day or the following day. We pack our animals accordingly in case these events may occur. If the delay were to result in a DOA we ask that you notify us immediately upon delivery/pickup with photo evidence and you will promptly be refunded in full or the animal can be replaced.
- GECKOS MAY BECOME STRESSED DURING SHIPPING AND DROP THEIR TAILS. THIS IS A DEFENSE MECHANISM AND COMPLETELY NORMAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR TAIL LOSS.
REPRESENTATION / SEX
- We do our best to represent our animals in pictures to their truest appearance. We will not issue any refunds if the animal is for some reason not what you expected unless it is returned to us on your expense.
- Animals clearly labeled as male or female are guaranteed. If we miss sexed your animal by mistake photo evidence will be required and a partial refund may be given or the animal can be returned on our expense for a full refund/replacement.
- Animals labeled as possible/probable male/female, no pores seen, pores seen, etc. are solely observations by us and not guaranteed.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
- All animals are guaranteed healthy upon arrival. Once they’re in your care we are not liable for any husbandry mistakes, accidents, health issues, etc.
