We welcome any questions you may have. We are a small family owned buisness. We pride ourselves on customer service. The Tri in our name stands for Trust, Respect, and Integrity. We have 5 children between us, two of which are in the Army this is where the force came from. We are focused on making quality animals. We are based just outside of Philadelphia, PA.

**Shipping is only on Tuesday and Wednesday for Next Day delivery weather permitting**
Shipping is done by Fed Ex Priority Overnight, in a properly insulated box. ALL SHIPPING IS DONE HUB TO HUB NO RESIDENTIAL! We DO NOT ship the week of any holiday.

I guarantee my snakes to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. Once an animal leaves my facility, I have no control over the care you offer, or that you fail to provide to your animals. I guarantee my animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All sold animals will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. If properly acclimated and cared for, my animals should do excellent for you. It's difficult to put a longer term guarantee on my animals because once you receive them, I have no way of controlling how they are cared for. If I do not hear from you, I will consider our transaction complete. I must be notified within 1 hour of arrival
if there appears to be an issue with your snake. Any issues arising after 24 hours will be handled on an individual basis. You will be treated fairly, and I ask the same in return.
We try our very best to ID every animal however with the combinations being as complicated as they are we cannot guarantee co dom / dom traits... anything that I am uncertain of will be noted in the AD … All hets and recessives are guaranteed
Accepting Cash app, Venmo, credit card, Zelle, and money orders (money orders will need to clear before animal is shipped)
payment plans are accepted at our discretion.
30 day Payment plans available on animals over $500 with a 25% non refundable deposit.
All payment plans require a payment made every 14 days
If plans are not paid for fully in the agreed amount of time, you forfeit your hold on that animal and your deposit will not be refunded, and any payments made over the 25% will be transferred to store credit.
Payment plans are on the listing price of the animal not including shipping.
Buyers of animals over $500 may be required to show current ID.

THERE WILL BE NO PAYING FOR SOMEONE ELSES SNAKE! WHATEVER FORM OF PAYMENT YOU CHOOSE MUST MATCH YOUR NAME. THE NAME ON THE PAYMENT OPTION IS THE NAME THAT THE ANIMAL WILL BE SHIPPED TOO. ONLY EXCEPTION IS SPOUSES, AND BOTH NAMES WILL BE ON THE LABEL.
