Here at Upscale X-otics, the love for reptiles is what drives us. We have an emphasis on Ball Pythons but we also focus on reticulated pythons, BCI's, Brazilian Rainbow Boas, Mexican Black Kingsnakes, and hognose snakes. When it comes to ball pythons, we work with a large variety of genes, but we spend much of our time focusing on genes such as Ultramel, Clown, Piebald, and Lavender Albino.

Store Policy
PURCHASES
- We offer payment plans for all snakes over $300
- For snakes over $300: We require a non-refundable down payment of 33%, followed by two equal payments in the following month
- For snakes over $500: We require a non-refundable down payment of 33%, followed by two equal monthly payments.
-For snakes over $1000 needing a longer payment term: Please contact (213) 631-6198
-All Animals are sold on a "first come, first served" basis.
-All Animals will not be considered "Sold" until payment is received.
-All local pick-up sales are final.
-All Animals will not be held unless you have placed a down payment on the animal.
We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, DNERO app, and Cash if you plan to pick up in Southern California.
ANIMALS
All of our animals are primarily fed frozen/thawed but will readily take live and pre-killed feeders. Any animals with specific feeding requirements will be noted before time of purchase. Animals pictured in the ads are the exact same animal for sale
SHIPPING
We ship Tuesday or Wednesday for next day arrival. Animals will not be shipped later than Wednesday or during adverse weather for the safety of the animal.
*Adverse weather: below 32 or above 90 degrees anywhere en route from us to you.
*For our first time customers using PayPal, we will only ship to the hub closest to you due to charge backs. We recommend pick up from your local hub.
GUARANTEE
Our goal is to provide each customer with exceptional animals in quality and health.
- Live Arrival Guarantee: Buyer must be there to receive the package. We will not ship until we have agreed on a delivery date and times. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or our live delivery guarantee is void.
-24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: Our animal arrives as represented and matches the photos. If the animal was not as expected, but matches all the pictures, we will refund the cost of animal, not including shipping costs and fee's.
-15 Day Health Guarantee: If your animal has a health related problem within 15 days. Contact us first to the discuss problem. Any health related health concerns must be sent/received within 48 hours of delivery. Any health issues due to buyer's husbandry (dehydrated, starved, burned, bitten, dropped, impacted, etc.) voids the guarantee. If, for some reason we are at fault, we will explore options for treatment, replacement, or refund.
-Genetics: All snakes are listed as to what we see. We get opinions of others if debatable. With so many genes and never before seen combos, it is hard to be 100% until bred. Unless specified in the deal about a certain gene, all sales are both parties presuming the genes are present.
