Store Policy

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. We also have a retail location in Portland, Oregon. So all listings are subject to sale at anytime. Please contact before sending a deposit or payment. No animals are considered put on hold until paid for or a down payment has been made on prearranged payment plan.

Payment Plans:

I require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold animal and then you will have 30, 60 or 90 days to pay off the remaining balance. Time period will depend on the amount of animal. This will be agreed upon by both parties (seller and buyer) before the payment plan begins.

Shipping:

Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. Shipping cost is dependent on location. We ship Monday for Tuesday arrival, excluding holidays which FedEx observes. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 50f degrees and below 90f degrees. If temperatures are beyond those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.

Live arrival guarantee will be voided if customer (you) is not present for first attempted delivery by FedEx or providing incorrect delivery address.
