Store Policy
All sales are final unless specified by BPA. All animals are produced by BPA unless otherwise noted. All animals are honestly represented, guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed upon arrival. We must be notified of any problems with your animal within 2 hours of receipt.
We accept cash, bank draft, Paypal and EMT for your convenience. Free local pickup or delivery is available upon agreement. Payment plans will be made available on a case-by-case basis on purchases of $1000 or more. Payment plans will generally be between 30 to 90 days in duration depending on the amount of the purchase and time of the year. To hold an animal, a non-refundable deposit of 25% with an agreed upon due date for full payment. holding and removing the animal from market
Due to COVID 19 slowdown, CITES documents for US export may take up to 2 months to obtain. International and US orders are subject to a $1,500.00 minimum order. All info will be emailed to the customer prior to shipping.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
