About
We are the Houston area’s oldest pet store, turned speciality reptile store. We breed many of our own animals ranging from pythons and boas to colubrids and venomous.
Store Policy
We accept PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal, we can email an invoice to be paid with a credit card. We only ship to the address provided by the PayPal transaction or the hub.
Animals are not considered sold or on hold until we receive payment. We will not hold an animal without money, and until then, the animal is still considered for sale to the general public.
All animals sold are healthy in appearance, and we will disclose any information pertaining to the animal, ie feeding quirks, any old blemishes, etc, prior to the sale.
All deposits and sales are nonrefundable and not transferable. We may give store credit based on our discretion. We may choose to do payment plans but that will depend on the price of the animal, the amount put down, and the plan length. Please inquire.
Live arrival is guaranteed if conditions are met (temperature is not extreme, signature at first delivery attempt). If an animal is DOA, we must be notified within an hour with pictures of the animal. We do not refund shipping costs. Animals are only shipped FedEx priority overnight (or Delta Cargo if applicable). We ship Tuesdays, and can possibly ship Wednesday by appointment based on our schedule.
