Terms and Conditions
Prior to purchasing an animal from us
You must be 18 or older to purchase, if not, you need to provide a proof of permission from parent/guardian. Purchases will be made through PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or cash only. Trades may be excepted.
All sales are final once the payment is processed. We do not guarantee any hold without a deposit (50% of listed animal). All deposits made are nonrefundable. No payment plans available. Discounts are available on multiple purchases (3 or more) if asked for before purchase.
In any circumstance where you decide to cancel your order after you have submitted payment, I reserve the right to collect a 20% administrative fee. For this reason, PLEASE choose throughly and pay for an animal when you are 100% sure you want it.
If we decide that an animal that was already purchased looks ill or unhealthy in our possession, we reserve the right to keep and take care of the animal. In this circumstance, we will refund the deposit or the payment you have made.
I reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason without explanation. Please be respectful.
After purchasing an animal from us
We do not insure the health or safety of your gecko once it is in your hands. You must do your own research or reach out to us for help prior to purchasing an animal from us. We can not guarantee that your gecko will not lose its tail after being purchased. We do not guarantee the sex of the gecko unless stated under description.
Live Arrival Guarantee: You must send us an email, text, or Instagram message letting us know that you have received your animals within 1 hour of delivery. If the animal is DOA, you must take pictures and videos of the animal within the first hour of delivery. These pictures and videos must clearly indicate all four sides of the animal (left, right, bottom, top of the gecko). If we determine that the animal was DOA due to our error, we will replace the gecko with a gecko of equal value (If we do not have a gecko of equal value, we will refund the price of the gecko ONLY).
All shipments will be held at your local FedEx Hub to prevent delays in deliveries due to increased volume of shipments and will keep your animal from getting lost in transit, and possibly perish while lost. If you choose to receive the shipment at the location of your choice (anywhere besides local FedEx hub), this needs to be arranged prior to shipping and it VOIDS the live animal guarantee unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to sale.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss of package. NO credits or refunds will be given if the carrier were to lose or damage the package even if the carrier error results in DOA. Shipping charges are NEVER refunded.
If you have sent us the payment, that means that you have agreed to every term stated above.
