Store Policy
Health and Guarantee-
These animals are our pets and family members first and foremost and we guarantee that they will arrive alive and well. With that in mind we may restrict shipping for a variety of reasons and it is non-negotiable (see shipping guidelines).
We guarantee the health, sex, and genetics of our animals as listed in the ad. We also strive to provide every bit of information we can offer, if you see something missing you would like to know please reach out. Most listings are produced by us but if they are not we will list the breeder/Merchant they came from for those wishing to trace lineage further than we have information for on those specific animals.
Shipping-
All shipping is done through Reptiles2You. Price is determined by the size of the animals being shipped and location it is arriving at.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. We guarantee live arrival directly to your house if someone is there to sign for it on the first delivery attempt. We also hold this guarantee if the package is sent to a hub and picked up within two hours of arrival. If it is on the colder side at the destination and we recommend delivering to a hub for pickup it is non-negotiable. We will only do this if we think the safety of the animal will be at risk in the elements as a result of a direct home delivery. Currently due to the situation(s) around the US we are only shipping to hubs for pickup.
We guarantee that your animal will be packed safely and carefully. If you notice anything is wrong upon arrival or have any concerns please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. Waiting past 12 hours to let us know there is a problem with an arrived animal could void this guarantee.
All shipping is FedEx overnight and we ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as long as it is
Above 40F and below 95F.
Payment and Payment Plans-
All sales are final and no animal(s) will be shipped until paid in full plus shipping when applicable. If there are any concerns with the animal(s) upon receipt a refund may be issued if it was a fault of ours or an issue during shipping. We are also here to educate, we want your new pet or future breeder to be in the best possible environment and can be reached on our Facebook page (Facebook.com/addictedtoreptiles) or Instagram (upscale_addictions) for more streamlined questions as email can get clunky. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding care or inquires.
Payment plans are available on all purchases with a 30% deposit to hold required for all animals under $500 and a 25% deposit on all animals over $500. Unless something happens on our end all money put on an animal is non-refundable but past the deposit that money can be transferable on another animal of ours for sale or used for future credit. Initial deposit may also qualify on a case by case basis.
