Store Policy
Terms of service:
We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and healthy. With that being said, we ship to your nearest fed ex hub or require that there is someone home at the time of arrival. The temperature must be within 40F-80F. We will agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends. We will hold a gecko free of charge if the gecko is paid in full , but the temperature is unsafe to ship the gecko.
Shipping
Shipping is offered through ship your reptile via Fedex as Priority Overnight, meaning that the package should arrive by 10:30 AM the following day. However, more remote areas may have a delay in arrival time. Shipping is preferred earlier in the week (Mon-Wed) to ensure that a gecko will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend due to unusual circumstances.
Live Animal Purchases Are Final
All live animal purchases are final. No refunds will be provided unless an animal is DOA and there is no item available of equal value for replacement. In the case of a DOA you must notify me within 1 hour of receiving the gecko. In this event, photographic proof will be required. Purchases are a first come, first serve basis.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options are available on animals over $200. In order to place an animal on hold the customer must provide a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Animals must be fully paid within 30 days of the initial deposit. We do not ship orders before they have been paid for in full. No exceptions. Once a payment is made, the payment cannot be transferred to a different animal.
DO NOT EXPOSE CRESTED GECKOS TO TEMPERATURES ABOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE (75F) IF THEY ARRIVE COLD.
THEY ARE COLD BLOODED ANIMALS AND ARE SUPPOSED TO MOVE SLOWER WHEN COLD.
HEALTH ISSUES OR DEATHS RELATED TO OVERHEATING WILL VOID ALL GUARANTEES.
