Shipping Policy
Once payment has been received, we can work together to schedule your Crested Gecko(s) shipment. Please contact us at [email protected] after payment to begin the shipping discussion.
We only ship through FedEx Priority Overnight. Our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday for deliveries on Tuesdays-Thursdays and we will only ship your Gecko when day and nighttime temperatures are between 35 and 85 degrees (both on our end and yours). You can check yours and our weather here. If weather conditions do not permit shipping we will hold onto your Crested Gecko at no additional charge until conditions improve.
We prefer to ship directly to your FedEx Ship Center because the geckos typically arrive early and are in room temperature, not on the back of a hot truck driving around. Please note it is a FedEx Ship Center and not a FedEx Office location. In most cases your shipment will arrive by 10:30am but if you live in a remote area delivery could be later in the day.
Shipments must be scheduled at least 1 business day in advance.
Always double and even triple check the address you provide us is the correct address for shipment. In addition to your address we will need you e-mail address and a good phone number to reach you. This goes on the box in the case FedEx needs to reach you and is required for live animal shipments. You also must be present to sign for the animals when they arrive.

Gecko Tails
It is very rare but geckos can drop their tails during shipping. They can also drop their tails when stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason at all. It is a natural occurrence, and it has no effect on their health or breeding ability. We are not responsible, and no compensation will be given if your gecko drops its tail during or after shipping.
Live arrival guarantee
The health of the geckos we breed and sell is of the utmost importance to us. In the highly unlikely event that your Crested Gecko arrives in bad shape or deceased you must contact us immediately. If the gecko is still alive, we can help remedy the problem before it's too late. If the gecko arrived dead, we require digital pictures be sent to us within 4-hours of delivery. If claim Is determined valid, refund of gecko price (not shipping) will be given. If you do not contact within 4 hours of delivery, our live arrival guarantee is voided and no refund will be given.
Placing a Gecko on Hold
A 25% non-refundable down payment ON GECKOS OVER $300 gives you the ability to put any Crested Gecko on hold. We will hold your gecko for up to 4 weeks (unless due to weather), at which time full payment is due. If payment is not made in full by the end of the two weeks, we will put the Crested Gecko back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment. Under no circumstances are any payments received refundable.
Payment Options
We only accept payment via PayPal, or ZELLE. This gives us and you the protection in the sale. All payments must be cleared prior to shipping.
