Store Policy
GUARANTEE:
All snakes are of the highest quality and are guaranteed for parentage, sex, weight and health. Unless the ad specifically states the exact snake is represented in the photos, the next available snake in the clutch will be shipped. New hatchlings will be shipped once they have shed and have eaten at least twice. Listings are kept current, so all animals listed are available.
SHIPPING:
FedEx overnight priority shipping: $35 - $75, depending on your area of the country. We ship Monday - Wednesday and Thursday (hub only), weather permitting. Weather permitting means: overnight temps must be well above freezing, during fall and winter months, and below 90°F during summer months. Someone must be there to sign for home delivery. We guarantee live delivery only if you sign for your shipment and contact us immediately with any concerns. We ship to Puerto Rico via Delta Dash: minimum shipping charge of $250, which includes FL required health certificate. Please contact us to make arrangements.
DISCOUNTS AND TRADES:
We offer discounts on purchases of three or more snakes. Open to reasonable offers on individual snakes. No trades at this time.
PAYMENTS, PLANS AND POLICIES:
We accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or credit/debit cards. Please contact us for other payment options. All snakes can also be purchased through our website: www.vesperballpythons.com
We offer payment plans with a non-refundable 30% deposit and the balance in payments over 60 days. Snake(s) will ship when paid in full. Discounts are not available with payment plans.
If you have an issue with a snake you’ve purchased from us, you must contact us immediately. We do not offer refunds or accept returns, but will do our best to resolve any issue that arises. All live animal sales are final.
