We strive on supplying healthy quality animals, our policy is Quality Over Quantity.
We specialize in Quality Designer Ball Pythons.
We are a small hobby/home couple based business located in Magog, Quebec, Canada.
Store Policy
All of my animals are guaranteed to be healthy, eating, accurately sexed and represented genetically to the best of my knowledge.(Unless Stated Otherwise)

Payment methods accepted are E-transfer and Cash if its a Local Pickup.
To hold an animal, we require either a 25% down payment (non-Refundable) or full payment(non-Refundable). The hold is good for 30 days upon receiving the payment. If the 30 day period expires without any notice or agreement, purchase is terminated and payment is lost and this applies throughout the duration of the purchase if a payment plan was chosen.
Payment plans are available for animals 500$ and up. We do not Exceed 4 month payment plans. Payments are non-refundable as all sales are final.
After completing the full payment of an animal, the buyer has 30 days (unless agreed upon differently with seller) to locally pick up or arrange shipping for the animal, otherwise the purchase is Terminated and payment is lost.

Please Note: We do not Ship Animals if Weather is not Permitting on sender and receivers end.
Shipping is NOT included in the sales price, for Canadian Shipping a shipping quote with Reptile Express will have to be made when time comes, after the FINAL payment is done.
For American Shipping, a Shipping quote will be generated during sale to give an estimate to buyer.
If a DUA (Dead Upon Arrival) was to occur, as accidents do happen in shipping that are out of MY control. Notification must be given withing the first hour of receiving the animal and buyer must have been present at the moment of the animals arrival. If this unfortunate situation was to happen, the deposit and shipping price is unfortunately lost, however the balance of the 75% of the sales price of the animal is transferable to another animal we may have available, however the amount is non-reimbursable.
Our animals all ship out via Reptile Express and are guaranteed healthy leaving our facility. We guarantee them for the first 7 days upon their arrival, as long as their habitat/enclosure conditions are met and proved to be adequate before or upon arrival. If sudden death was to occur in those first 7 days, a professional veterinarian autopsy/necropsy will be needed for a refund. The same refund as mentioned in DUA applies. (75%, deposit and shipping NOT included)
