Live arrival guaranteed or else refund will be issued. If you notice something wrong or unusual when you receive your package, contact us right away so we can guide you and figure out the next step. If we are not contacted within 1 hour WITH VALID PROOF (pictures/video), this warrantee no longer applies. 

•Recipient must be present to receive the package otherwise warrantee is no longer in effect. 
• if the package is held at a FedEx hub for pickup upon customers request, the warrantee is no longer in effect.
•Shipping will be $50.00 - $100.00 through FedEx. 

•Payments are accepted through PayPal or zelle (small service fee may apply). 

•Payment plans are available on most orders but must be paid in full within 30 days.
. A nonrefundable deposit must be made in order to hold an animal on a payment plan.
•Your order will be shipped out once your purchase is PAID IN FULL. 

•All sales are final
