⦿ Genetics You Can Trust
All animals produced by Victoria’s Serpents are assigned a unique identification code for record keeping and will be shipped with their clutch information. When dealing with multiple incomplete dominant genes in a pairing, it can be subjective to what genes the animals are truly carrying. If there is any question about whether an animal may or may not carry a gene, it will be listed as possibly carrying the gene and priced accordingly. I would much rather undersell an animal than have my customer feel cheated. Always feel free to reach out if you have any questions. All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery.

⦿ Payment Methods
Accepted methods of payment include Zelle, Cash App, bank wire transfers, and cash (local pickup/shows). I am no longer accepting PayPal or Venmo due to policy changes that do not support live animal sales. All methods will need to clear the bank before an animal is shipped.

⦿ Payment Plans
Payment plans are welcomed and determined on a case-by-case basis on purchases over $500. A typical payment plan can be started with a non-refundable 25% deposit, ranging from 30-90 days depending on the price of the animal. Please inquire regarding specific animals. No holds will be placed on animals without a deposit. Once a payment plan is started, the total price is set, i.e., you cannot try to haggle in the middle of a payment plan. Shipping will not occur until the full agreed upon amount is received from the payment plan. If at any time you feel like you cannot complete a payment plan, I will allow the amount paid thus far to be transferred to a different animal of said value.
** IMPORTANT ** You will be considered default on a payment plan if you go longer than 60 days without making a payment, unless special arrangements have been made (communication is key). Defaulting on a payment plan will result in the animal(s) being placed back on the market. If the animal(s) do not sell before you come up with the remainder owned in full, you will still be able to purchase the original animal(s) that was(were) on hold. If the animal(s) sells, you will be issued a credit for the amount paid towards said animal(s) minus the 25% initial hold deposit to be used at any time in the future. Unfortunately, if you default on a payment plan you will not be able to utilize payment plans in the future. **

⦿ Shipping and Live-Arrival Guarantee
** Hub-to-hub shipping only – NO EXCEPTIONS **
Currently, shipping is only offered within the United States. Shipping is included in the list price of hatchlings over $500. Adults/proven breeders will vary based on the listing. Please provide your zip code for a shipping quote on animals less than $500. All animals will be properly packed and shipped via FedEx for overnight delivery. Shipping will occur on Monday – Wednesday when temperatures are between 32°F-90°F. In the unlikely event an animal dies during transit, I will replace the animal if possible with one that is equivalent, or issue a credit for the full amount of the purchase price that can be used toward any available/future animal(s). I have the right to request proof of death of the animal, whether that be a video or shipping the animal back. Failure to comply with providing proof of death will void any guarantees. Animals must be shipped to a local FedEx hub for pickup for the live-arrival guarantee to apply. This method is the safest and prevents the animal from riding around on the delivery truck where most faults happen that cause delays. If animals are not picked up by noon from the FedEx hub, the customer must assume the risk and the live-arrival guarantee is no longer valid.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me ASAP to discuss how we can ensure your buying experience is a positive one. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals including popping and probing, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. I am more than happy to answer any questions to ensure these animals are in the best of care but cannot be held liable for death that is due to improper care/poor husbandry. By purchasing from Victoria's Serpents, you agree to all the above. All sales are final.
