__Guarantees__
All animals are guaranteed to be in good health upon arrival, properly sexed, feeding, and pest-free, One Week Health Guarantee. Our prices are subject to change without notice, the only exceptions are for animals we have already received a deposit for.
__Shipping__
We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order & shipping address with you, and confirm that you will have someone at the address provided to receive your animal.
Shipping only occurs Monday – Thursday through FedEx. If you choose to pick them up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within two hours, or guarantees are nullified. If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. Shipping will only occur during appropriate weather.
__Payment__
We accept PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Bank transfers. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold your animal. We can give 30 days to complete payment. If an extension is needed it is to be brought to the sellers attention before the 30 day period and has to be agreed to by seller. If the 30 day period is past and an extension has not been agreed to, the seller can terminate the deal entirely.
__Returns__
We do not accept any returns unless the animal purchased is DOA (Dead On Arrival). If in case the animal is DOA you must report this within one hour of delivery via email with a picture of the deceased animal to receive credit.
