Here at Central Cali Exotics, we are hobbyists that share a strong passion for reptiles and are here to provide you with quality and healthy animals.
All reptiles available have been produced by Central Cali Exotics unless otherwise stated. We guarantee that your reptiles will have had a minimum of six meals or regularly feeding prior to being offered for sale.
Store Policy
Current Terms of Sale:
•You MUST be 18 years or older in order to purchase a gecko, no exceptions, your parent or guardian must contact me to make the purchase.
•We reserve the right to refuse sale of our reptiles to anyone that we consider unfit to properly care for them.
SEX OF GECKOS:
I do not guarantee the sex of geckos under 25 grams, due to the fact that sometimes pores will pop up later than 15 grams, if the gecko is unsexed feel free to ask me to pore sex it but I cannot guarantee it.
PAYMENT:
I only except zelle or cash, I do not except money orders or checks. I will give you my zelle information through private message once payment has been agreed upon. By sending payment or a deposit, you are agreeing that you have read the terms and conditions for sale and have accepted them.
NO HOLDS WILL BE DONE UNLESS A DEPOSIT IS PLACED
I am willing to hold once a deposit is put down or paid in full. My exception to the payment plan is that the reptile can be paid in full but you wait to pay shipping on the reptile until the week of shipping. Feel free to pm me at any time for any questions you may have.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Only on any reptiles 200$+ not including shipping unless otherwise offered.
I will require 25% down NONREFUNDABLE within 24 hours of inquiry and the rest paid in full within one month of initial down payment to place the animal on hold. If you decide you do not want the animal originally inquired the 25% can go towards another gecko. It is your responsibility to contact me when your next payment is due, you must communicate. If you fail to pay and all communications are lost a refund will be issued except for the first non-refundable deposit. Animals will not be shipped or picked up until they are payed in full.
SHIPPING TERMS:
I will be shipping through ShipYourReptiles.
Buyer will pay for all shipping and service costs, this is what is included in + shipping.
I will only ship if the temps are above 35 degrees or below 80 degrees at departure, hubs, and arrival. This means you must communicate with me as to what your temperatures are when I ask, I will check to make sure the temps are good to ship, if they are not we will have to delay the shipping. I only ship Monday-Wed due to any late arrivals that may happen, I am not responsible for any carrier delays. However you must keep me updated if your package does not arrive on time. If I specified to have a request to hold at a hub and you refuse we will not guarantee the live arrival, this is usually during temps between 35-45 lows and highs over 75.
I guarantee live healthy arrival.
If in the rare event that your animals arrives DOA, we will only reimburse the cost of the animals via credit or replace the animals if the following is completed:
•Contact me via private message, email, or text message within 1 hour of arriving on time. Failure to do so will void refund.
•If there is not someone to receive the package on arrival time, my guarantee will be null and voided immediately.
•I may ask for photos upon picking up or arrival of your animal, so please do not dispose of anything.
•Once you have the animal, she/he will be in your control and I am not responsible for improper husbandry. I am always open to questions, but if something serious comes up please take it to your local reptile vet.
Local delivery is available based on location of buyer.
Pickup can also be arranged if requested
GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed healthy, properly sexed with correct genetic ID unless stated otherwise. Any issue with an animal must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving so that we can seek a resolution. Notifications of an issue after 24 hours from time of delivery will result in a resolution at Central Cali Exotics discretion. Animals will be pictures and marketed appropriately. Issues regarding color, pattern, paradoxing, spots, tail drops, etc… will not be considered reasonable points of dispute. No refunds of any type will be issued without sufficient proof of potential problems (photographs, videos, etc...) and are at the discretion of Central Cali Exotics.
All sales are final.
