Store Policy
Shipping is through Redline Shipping or Reptiles Express (FedEx Priority Overnight) to your home or nearest FedEx Ship Center, price varies depending on location & package size - send your zipcode for a quote. I ship all year around weather permitting - I reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are not deemed safe enough. The wellbeing of the animals is my top priority! Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payments accepted via Paypal (address [email protected]) I will send you an invoice. Animals will not be shipped until payments are cleared.
I accept payment plans with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All payments made toward a purchase are not refundable in the case of a buyer backing out, so please be sure you want the animal before making payments. If I decline the sale your payments will be refunded. Length of payment plans determined on a case by case basis.
If there is an issue with an animal or DOA you must contact me within an hour of arrival. I can't be held responsible for animals left outside for extended periods. Please make sure you give me the correct shipping address - I can't be held responsible for shipping mishaps due to incorrect information.
All animals sold are healthy and feeding consistently on the specified prey in the listing. Due to having no control of the living conditions of animals once shipped I do not accept returns/refunds based on feeding habits but I will do my best to help you if any issues arise.
