Wall's Balls and Exotics is a south eastern, Pennsylvania husband and wife duo ran business. Our goal is to produce healthy quality reptiles, of all morphs. We specialize in Ball Pythons, Crested Geckos, Leopard Geckos and plan on expanding our collection as we grow.
Store Policy

- Buyer must be 18 years of age or older. Parental permission must be confirmed prior to purchase, for anyone below the age of 18.
Payments: We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Chime as form's of payment. All payments must be fully processed before shipment of animal. We are reasonably flexible on payment plans. We accept payment plan on purchases with a 25% non-refundable deposit. I will offer 30 days on $250 to 500, I can offer 60 days on purchases $500 to 1,000 and i'm happy to do 90 days on 1,000 and over.
In the event that you are unable to complete your payment plan, any monies paid will be offered as credit toward another purchase of paid value or refund will be offered with deposit money held.
Shipping: All shipments will be sent to the closest Fed-Ex hub, unless discussion of residential delivery has been confirmed. Shipping residential requires the temperatures to be between 40-90 F. This is for the safety of the animal being transported in the delivery truck, and for us to guarantee live arrival. For hub pick up, temperatures must be between 40-90 F for live arrival guarantee. In the unfortunate case that you do get a DOA, photo proof immediately within 1 hour of pick up is required. In the event of a DOA, if a replacement is available, you may choose to have one sent to you with no additional charges, or a full refund will be made. We are not responsible for any losses if the package not signed for or picked up at the FedEx facility by noon. All animals come with live arrival guarantee with the exception of carrier delay. Customers who do experience carrier delay resulting in the death of the animal will be refunded the cost of the animal(s) minus the shipping. We reserve the right to choose the shipping date based on weather. We will only ship Monday through Wednesday to help minimize the effects of shipping delays
If it is currently too cold to safely receive delivery based on your location, I am willing to hold animals until weather warms up. However, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit to do so. Animals on hold receive the same care, feeding schedule, etc so they are likely to arrive a bit larger than originally advertised.
Health Guarantee: All animals come with a health guarantee. Any animals shipped from us will be established on at least 6 meals, and feeding on the appropriate sized prey item. with no signs of sickness visible at time of shipping.
