We are determined to produce and sell quality captive bred reptiles at the lowest prices we can possibly provide. Store Policy
We accept tender from all major Credit/Debit card providers aswell as PayPal and now Venmo and Cash App all sales are final. All reptiles sold and shipped out by GR&E are in excellent health and are sold exactly how described to the customer prior to any money transactions having taken place. Sex is not guaranteed any any reptile or amphibian sold by GR&E outside of proven breeding pairs. We take the time to individually package and ship out each animal to ensure nothing will happen to your parcel in the shipping process. We also offer affordable insurance on all animals sold and shipped out by GR&E if you wish to receive live arrival guarantee please ask about our insurance prior to checkout and make sure live arrival is included with your purchase. This is the only way to garantee live arrival otherwise any disputes are at the sellers digression on how tender or reimbursement will be handled. insurance must be added to your purchase before shipping lables have been printed off and asked about specifically by the buyer ahead of time. insurance will not cover animals in temperatures above 90°I’m For below 40°F. However we have never dealt with a DOA once in our time of selling and shipping animals.
By sending any form of payment including deposits or holds on live reptiles, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions regarding the purchase/sale of your new pet.
GR&E reserves the right to deny the sale or refund of any live animal due to concerns of improper care, prior fraud cases or issues with other breeders/vendors online to our knowledge. Deposits are 100% non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment plans can be discussed in cases where live animal sales exceed $250.00 or more.
All reptiles will be held at no cost to the buyer in the duration of time agreed upon at the time money is transfered and no additional fees will be requested for shipping delays due to inadequate or severe weather conditions. All animals will be shipped when weather permits, shipping dates are to be set by the buyer following the final payment being made in full and having cleared into GR&E's account. The buyer has up to 2 weeks to set shipping dates unless prior arrangements have been made upon purchase. if the buyer does not complete payments any money is to held by GR&E as compensation for the care and husbandry of the animal is said amount of time. GR&E is not responsible for the health or well being of any live animal in the days to follow the arrival of your new pet.
