Raising our own rats for our snakes, and your soon-to-be new snake, ensures that you will receive a snake with high-quality genetics, and a snake raised on clean, healthy rats that are fed a balanced diet produced for rodents. In His Grip Reptiles is an experienced shipper that shipped snakes all over the nation. If you haven't shipped snakes before, they will help you to understand and be comfortable with the process of shipping.
Store Policy
Payment Methods: We accept most of the established major methods of payment to include PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay and Square.
Payment Plans: We are happy to offer payment plans on most of our snakes. All payment plans will start with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please reach out to us, so that we can design a payment plan that fits your needs.
Sales/Shipping Policies and Guarantees:
1. We guarantee the healthy live arrival of all of our snakes, if the Buyer honors the obligations in 1a, 1b, 1c.
a. If the Buyer does not pick the animal up within 4 hours of arrival at the hub, we may not honor the guarantee.
b. If the Buyer does not take immediate possession of a snake for a home delivery we may not honor the guarantee.
c. If the Buyer believes the snake is sick or injured, we will require immediate notification with pictures and video (if requested by Seller).
2. If the Seller has to cancel a sale, we will refund 100% of any monies paid in by the Buyer.
3. All snakes pictured in the advertisement will be a picture of the exact snake you are receiving unless otherwise stated.
4. We will guarantee the sex of a snake for 7 days. Please verify the sex of your snake upon arrival.
5. We are not responsible for the temperament of a snake, although we will describe his/her temperament to the best of our ability.
6. We will guarantee any snakes listed as het.
7. We make every effort to ID the genetics in our snakes accurately. If you are ever in doubt, please discuss that with us ahead of time. We often list "possibles" so there are no surprises. However, no one is perfect and we can't guarantee multi-gene combos are what they appear to be as genetics are simply too convoluted for anyone to be 100% accurate. We try to err in the favor of the buyer meaning if we aren't sure, we don't include the gene in the listing or we list it as possible.
Guarantee of Genetics (Morphs)
Ball python genetics are becoming more increasingly complex. We do our absolute best to accurately label the genetics of the snakes we have for sale, through the use of our experience and the experience of our fellow breeders. However, we cannot guarantee that we are 100% accurate with our incomplete dominant/co-dom genetics. We do guarantee all of our recessive genetics.
