Store policy. STORE POLICY/TERMS AND SHIPPING
LIVE ARRIVAL
Guarantee all animals to arrive alive and healthy. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to an FedEx HUB and be picked up promptly. We do not guarantee live arrival on shipments during extreme temperatures under 40 or over 95 degrees Fahrenheit unless stated otherwise and will adhere to the recommendations provided by Ship Your Reptiles under their temperature guidelines. Valor Morphs reserves the right to decline to ship if we deem current conditions are unsafe for the animal. We strive to ensure your shipment arrives healthy and safely. We use Ship Your Reptiles and will only ship on Monday thru Wednesday. Local pickup is available at select shows in the DFW area. Free shipping on purchases over $1000. $75 flat rate shipping via SYR on purchases under $1000. For larger animals, Shipping will be determined on a per case basis.
PROPERLY SEXED
All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly-sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased.
GENETICS
We do our very best to identify all genetics. At this stage in the Ball Python industry, with so many genes in play, it is impossible to get it 100% correct every time. We guarantee all 100% het recessive traits when marked as such. We cannot guarantee that every gene is exact. Please scrutinize all genetic labels. We are open to your interpretation and may concede based on the buyers opinion. This needs to occur prior to purchase. There will be no refunds based on the proving out of genetics after the sale.
PAYMENT
Valor Morphs accepts cash, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers, Zelle, PayPal (Friends&Family Only), Venmo, or Cash App. All funds must clear the bank before shipping takes place.
